An International Online Journal aims to foster and lead the international debate on global research. Open access journals are scholarly journals that are available online to the reader "without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. It is our goal to motivate and promote higher educational and research publications of the world's scientific and academic researchers, and even to provide platform for others to publish in such journals, to build up the prestige of these journals and their visibility. To bring the reader the essentials of chemical sciences and technology, pharmaceutical sciences and chemical engineering available in an easily and openly readable format is an exciting field of research rather than a closely body of knowledge.

As always the innovative thoughts and suggestions of a great many people have been incorporated into our journal system, and it would be impossible to thank them all individually. But again, as always, paramount among these is Professor U.N. Dash, Utkal University, Professor T.R. Rama Mohan, IIT Bombay and Professor Mark G. Steinmetz, Marquette University, USA, whose comments have been legion, kind, and invariably totally to the point. Without his influence when I was a student I would not have been able to contemplate making the journal web page live and his guiding hand has ever been within reach since. May it long so continue! I must express my gratitude to all the friends and colleagues who have provided ideas, light and moral support during production of website.

Chemistry has indeed changed the world and for the better. The discoveries of macromolecules especially polymers have made life easier. The chemical technology will enable electronics and our digital world so that we will enjoy our life better. Discovering ways to build more energy efficient household elements can make a major difference in energy efficiency and pollution. More efficient insulation, insulating windows, and energy-efficient appliances can all make a big positive impact on the environment. Materials that last longer in the earth are some good examples of how chemistry has contributed for a better living.

We do it because we love the feeling of – “I did it, I'm accepted”. When your article is accepted, it does tremendous things for your self esteem. The truth is – Editor accepts your hard work, and that acceptance is based on the quality of the research work and writing. In fact, you may have received acceptance letter and Galley proof, but do you realize that you’re able to do that because Reviewer accepted you? We need to stop thinking, “I've got an unpleasable Research opportunity up there and I've to take a peek into my research career. That’s the Good News! Congratulations!

I think my mistakes became the chemistry for many miracles. I think that my tests became my testimonies. Crystallization is also a chemical solid–liquid separation technique, in which mass transfer of a solute from the liquid solution to a pure solid crystalline phase occurs. The crystallization occurs in a crystallizer. Crystallization is, therefore, an aspect of precipitation, obtained through a variation of the solubility conditions of the solute in the solvent system, as compared to precipitation due to chemical reaction at different temperature conditions. Crystallization is never easy as it requires experienced experimental hand. It is really miracle when a crystal grows out from the solvent system by hit and trial method. It is eventually more interesting to know that crystals come out by mistake from the Chromatographic separation fractions even if you have never tried for crystallization.

Most people imagine chemistry to be something big and difficult. But if you read and learn chemistry wholeheartedly, in full focus, then you will love learning chemistry. Be it the pure chemical science or engineering or pharmaceutical chemistry, once you started reading and enjoying chemistry, it would continue forever. One should endeavor hard to share his knowledge and love of chemistry with his students and colleagues. Online journal is one of the best platforms to share chemistry with the whole world. Best efforts have been put to maintain blogs tracking the recent developments in chemistry to share chemistry with the entire world.

The phrase 'Money is research' is very commonly used now a days and is very true when seen in the present scenarios and the current state of the scientific institutions. If you don’t have money, you cannot afford good research. It can be said that every single currency for research work if not presently but definitely pays in the long run and thus every research degree is precious and thus the term money is a measure of research or a penny saved is a penny earned is very apt with the father of all these terms that is ‘research is money'.

Addressing important but complex research questions often necessitates the creation of innovative research designs. It often describes an approach to developing research designs for studying important but methodologically challenging research questions. The methodologists with expertise balanced between quantitative and qualitative backgrounds is invited by the think tank coordinators to discuss a research question selected from those submitted in response to a call for proposals. These experts explore the content area with the investigator, often challenging beliefs and assumptions. The think tank participants systematically prune potential approaches until a desirable research method is identified.
